The second new employees induction training and new employees forum of Tongfang

In order to strengthen the new employees' understanding of Tongfang Institute, help the new employees to grow rapidly and better understand and integrate into the team, Tongfang Institute held the second new employee induction training and new employee Forum on the afternoon of September 10, 2021.
Lawyer Yang Xingquan, director of Tongfang office, lawyer Cao Yuanjun, executive partner of Tongfang office, lawyer Li Jing, senior partner, lawyer Han Ying, senior partner and 18 new employees participated in the activity.


This new employee training was presided over by lawyer Li Jing, senior partner of Tongfang Institute and head of human resources and financial management committee. The 18 new employees introduced themselves in turn, fully demonstrating their positive and energetic spirit. Lawyer Li Jing said that new employees are the hope and future of Tongfang Institute, and he believed that the addition of new blood would make the development of Tongfang institute more vigorous.

At the beginning of the training, Yang Li, the executive director, introduced to the new employees the development history, honors, culture of the law firm, personnel organization structure, youth talent recruitment policy, attendance system, credit system and other daily management regulations of Tongfang. During the period, we collectively watched the propaganda film and the MV of Tongfang Institute for the 20th anniversary, which made us vividly feel the development road and cultural connotation of Tongfang Institute.

Secondly, lawyer Meng Qingkai, a representative of the Industrial Development Commission and a partner of the Tongfang office, explained the professional norms of new lawyers in an efficient and brief manner. Lawyer Meng introduced and emphasized the industry discipline, code of conduct, punishment methods and internal management scoring rules. I warn you to strictly abide by all rules and regulations, remind you to protect your own safety in work, and guide you how to avoid and deal with conflicts of interest.


Subsequently, lawyer Cao Yuanjun, lawyer Li Jing and lawyer Han Ying, the principals of the Executive Committee of Tongfang office, respectively introduced the relevant situations in their respective fields and shared their practice experience for many years, providing valuable suggestions to all new employees. We hope to communicate with you, learn from you and make progress together in the next work.




At the end of the training, lawyer Yang Xingquan, director of Tongfang office and Secretary of the Party committee, made a summary of the new employee training. Director Yang said that everyone is welcome to join Tongfang Institute, a large collective with temperature, depth and love. Leaders should attach importance to the training of young talents and do their best to help new employees. We also hope that new employees can integrate into the large group of Tongfang Institute at the fastest speed, continue to learn and be brave in innovation, find their own position as soon as possible, complete the role transformation, absorb the maximum energy, and realize their lofty ideals step by step.

After the induction training for new employees, carry out the second content of this activity. Lawyer Han Ying, senior partner of Tongfang office and head of Youth Development Committee, presided over the new employee forum.
During the meeting, all new employees spoke freely, expressed their own experience on the induction training, and put forward their career ideas and plans for the next 2-3 years in Tongfang Institute, as well as the ways of self-improvement and the expected results.


The new employees sincerely communicated, discussed and exchanged experiences with senior partners such as lawyer Geng LuHong, lawyer Na Li Nan, partner Zhou Shuang, Lawyer Liu qinqun and other senior and young lawyers.
